Although Pets Habitat is a pet store that sells puppies and kittens and other animals, we are not oblivious to the plight of stray dogs and cats in UAE. Dogs in UAE streets are not a common sight, but cats are. In our attempt to help the strays of Dubai, we used to take in stray dogs and cats, or we advertised your rescued/unwanted animal on our pages. Sadly, we often used to have cats and kittens available for adoption, abandoned by their owners (never our customers!) or those born on the streets, some have been injured and “fixed” by our vet at our expense, others could have been ill, neglected and also treated by us at our costs.
